This website is operated by Insane Perfumes. Throughout the site, the terms we, us and our refer to Insane Perfumes. By visiting our site or buying something from us, you agree to be bound by these terms of service.

Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree to them, you should not use this site or place an order. New features or tools added to the store are also subject to these terms, and we may update them from time to time.

Using this store

By agreeing to these terms you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are the age of majority where you live and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependants to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, and you must not breach any laws in your jurisdiction when using the service.

Our fragrances and designer inspiration

Insane Perfumes products are our own eau de parfum formulations. Where a product is described as inspired by a designer fragrance, this means our blend is intended to sit in the same scent family as that fragrance. It is not that fragrance, and it is not a decant, refill or reproduction of it.

All designer brand names and trade marks referred to on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only, to indicate the scent family of our own products. Insane Perfumes is not associated with, affiliated to, endorsed by or licensed by any of those brands or their owners.

Products, pricing and availability

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices, modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. Products are subject to availability and we may limit the quantity of any item we sell.

We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows them exactly. Fragrance is subjective and how a scent develops varies from person to person.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price, where we suspect fraud, or where an order appears to be placed by a reseller without a trade account. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund it in full.

Fragrance safety

Our products are for external use only. Keep away from eyes, do not spray on broken or irritated skin, keep out of reach of children, and store away from heat and direct sunlight. Full ingredient listings, including declarable fragrance allergens, are printed on the packaging. If you have a known sensitivity, contact us before ordering and we will check the formulation for you. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Delivery and returns

Delivery timescales, costs and restrictions are set out in our shipping policy. Your cancellation and refund rights are set out in our return and refund policy. Both policies form part of these terms.

Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

Prohibited uses

In addition to other prohibitions set out in these terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others, to submit false or misleading information, to upload viruses or malicious code, to collect or track the personal information of others, or to interfere with the security features of the site.

Intellectual property

The Insane Perfumes name, logo, product names, photography, copy and site design are our property or are used under licence, and may not be copied or reproduced without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Severability and changes

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in force. We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
