Refund policy
RETURNS POLICY
At Insane Perfumes, part of INSANE BRANDS LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 30-day return policy for refunds or exchanges, starting from the date of delivery. We understand you may test the product with a spray or two, but returns are only accepted for items with minimal usage. Items that are extensively used or returned outside of the 30-day window cannot be refunded or exchanged and will be sent back to you. Please note that returns are not available for sample 5ml bottles.
RETURN POSTAGE
Customers are responsible for covering postage costs when returning products. We recommend using Royal Mail's registered delivery service for secure returns. For orders over £30, we suggest considering a trackable shipping option or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging. Kindly include your order number and details of any items you wish to exchange when you return them to us at:

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. For exchanges of the same item, please email us at info@insaneperfumes.com.
